Why should you host this clinic?
Are your goalies:
Touching balls over the top, or beyond the side of the cage, giving the ball back to your opponent?
Unable to block near side shots?
Lacking leg strength?
Too heavy on their hands?
Blocking the first shot, but allowing the follow-up shot to go in?
Re-acting too quickly to fakes?
Unable to block shots over their head?
Unable to block lob shots?
Out of position on outside shots?
Allowing the ball to slip through their hands?

Are you in need of good ideas regarding conducting a goalie workout, while conditioning the field players?
I have presented my material in Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, and many pools in Northern, Central, and Southern California. I have spoken at the Northern California All-Sports Clinic in 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006 and the Southern California All-Sports clinic in 2004.
This is a clinic that comes to you at your pool. I would like at least 18 goalies and at least 3 coaches (Last year my clinics averaged 20 goalkeepers per clinic), I will be in the water the full 12 hours demonstrating many different drills/skills. We will cover conditioning, understanding the size of the cage (side-to-side), understanding angles, blocking shots (one arm, two hands, corner, inside, outside, skip, fakes, inside, lobs, penalty, 6-5), mentality of being a goalkeeper, coaching ourselves and teammates, different types of shooters, pre game warm-up, off season work. I also put the coaches to work in the clinic, both in the water and on the deck.
Many of my clinics are a result of parents who helped organized the clinic.
