January 31st and February 1st, 2004

Wheeling, Illinois

20 goalkeepers and 9 coaches

Watching the goalkeepers during the clinic I could see much improvement in everyone's

skill level.  You were a great group to work with and I look forward to coming back next year.  The coaches and I are already exploring possible dates for my return.  This was the best attended clinic to this date (there were 10 other goalkeepers on the clinic waiting list).   I will be returning next year as we have scheduled my first clinic for 2005 on January 28/29, 2005.  Hope to see you there.  Thank you.

May 8th and 9th, 2004

Ventura, California

20 goalkeepers and 3 coaches

This was a great clinic with a super group of young goalkeepers.  I want to thank all that came and I hope I can come back to Ventura in the future.  If you have questions about the many skills/drills covered please email me.  I would like to help with your development as a water polo goalkeeper.  Thank you for coming and again, Lissa thank your for all your help with this clinic.

May 15th and 16th, 2004

El Toro, California

24 goalkeepers and 5 coaches

This clinic is now holds the record for the most goalkeepers at one of my clinics.  A 50 meter pool with 6 goals helped.  Don thank you for asking me to visit your pool and I once again found that golf in not my game.  I hope there will be time in the busy schedule at El Toro HS for my return visit.

June 26th and 27th, 2004

Lodi, California

13 goalkeepers and 2 coaches

This clinic was a lot of fun for me working with a great group of goalkeepers.  Courtney thank you for asking me to come to Lodi.  I am looking forward to returning next year.

July 16th and 17th, 2004

Grand Haven, Michigan

19 goalkeepers and 8 coaches

This was a great group of goalkeepers and coaches to work with.  We ran overtime on each session because of the number of quality questions asked.  From this clinic I received the largest reply to my questionnaire (15 goalkeepers and 7 coaches).  Great positive feedback from all of them.  I would like to thank Amy for all of her help in setting up the clinic and helping it run so smoothly.  I am looking forward to returning next year.

August 21st and 22nd, 2004

Newberg, Oregon

14 goalkeepers and 3 coaches.

I had a wonderful time in Newberg with the goalkeepers and coaches.  I was very impressed by the skill level the entire group.  This shows that the skill level of water polo is on the rise in outside of California.  This is great for our sport.  I received wonderful feedback for the goalkeepers who filled out my questionnaire (13 returned).  I wish to thank Jim and Lisa for their help in setting up and organizing he clinic.

This was be my 3rd visit to Newberg.

August 28th and 29th, 2004

Saratoga, California

36 goalkeepers and 4 coaches

I had a great time with the goalkeepers at this clinic.  A super group to work with.  I received great feedback from both parents and goalkeepers.  This group made me work very hard.  Remember to be "HUGE".  We had 7 goals working at one time during the clinic and the goalkeepers said they had plenty of time to work on skills presented.  I would like to thank both Bruce and Sherrie for hosting this clinic for the 8th time and to Kraig for all his work setting up the clinic.  I look forward to my 9th visit next year.  You will see me at many of the West Valley College games helping Bruce with his goalkeepers this season.  Sherrie good luck at CS Monterey.

This was my 8th visit to the San Jose area.

November 13,14, 2004

Westlake Village, California

17 goalkeepers and 2 coaches

This was my first visit to Westlake HS.  We have another clinic scheduled for June 4 and 5 in 2005.  Several of the goalkeepers at this clinic were at the clinic in Saratoga, CA.  Remember to use the ideas covered in blocking corner shots, hand placement, shoulders, head, and how to make the shooters think you are not ready for their shots.  I look forward to return in June of 2005.

An average of 20 goalkeepers per clinic in 2004!!
